The MUST Wine Club Terms and Conditions

How our subscriptions work

Once we have accepted your request to join the MUST Wine Club (in accordance with our Standard Terms) and we have received your first payment, you will receive:

The first case of the Collection that you have selected, plus any items which are advertised as being included with such, delivered to the address you have selected within seven working days; and (unless you cancel your Subscription or delay your case) a case of the same Collection every month (on the same week every month – first week, second week and so on) thereafter. By requesting to join the MUST Wine Club, you authorise us to deduct such subsequent amounts from the credit or debit card that you used to pay for the first case.

Please note that charges may apply for delivery based on your location (see details separately).

Please also note that a MUST Wine Club subscription is for a minimum of three months.

Changes to your subscription

From time to time we may make changes to these terms and conditions (i.e. price changes or change of country in the country collection, subject to us providing in writing via email at least one months' notice). Any changes will be communicated to you via email.

FAQ

Changing or cancelling your subscription

If you wish to, you can:

  • Receive more than one collection
  • Change your selected Collection to a different one (seven days' notice is required to be sent via email to club@mustwine.co.uk)
  • Move the delivery date forward if you need a case later or sooner (seven days' notice is required to be sen tvia email to club@mustwine.co.uk)
  • After the initial three months you may cancel your subscription (seven days' notice is required to be sent via email to club@mustwine.co.uk)

Returns

We strive to provide you with the very best quality wines at all times however please do contact us by email if there is a fault with any of the bottles received.

From time to time, we may make changes to these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated to you via email.

If you are unhappy with such changes, you can of course cancel your Subscription in accordance with the terms and conditions. If you do not cancel your Subscription, the changes will come into effect starting with the next case of wine which you receive.
