2017 Sauternes Les Garonelles, Lucien Lurton (Bordeaux, France)
Made from intense, naturally sweet grapes that have undergone noble rot, this premium Sauternes dessert wine ensures delicate harvesting. Grapes are picked by successive berry selection, each time taking only those affected by the famous Botrytis Cinerea which concentrates the sugars. A rigorous sorting process means only the best fruit is used.
Golden yellow in colour, an expressive nose brings aromas of exotic fruits, pineapple & citrus. In the mouth, the wine is elegant & well-balanced evolving with a long finish full of finesse. Perfect with puddings, blue cheeses, cheesecake or sorbet.
2018 Late Harvest Tokaji Katinka, Patricius (Tokaj, Hungary)

Lusciously sweet Hungarian wine, perfumed with caramel & vanilla, oranges & white chocolate, plus a scattering of spice.
Selected bunches containing healthy, over-ripened & partly botrytized berries which were picked during the late – autumn harvest. The characteristic varietal notes of Furmint & Yellow Muscat form the foundation of this wine, braced by minerality & zippy acidity for great balance & topped off with an incredibly long finish & creaminess.
2017 Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh Moelleux, Chateau d’Aydie (Madiran, France)

The main grape varieties of the estate are Tannat, the flagship of the AOC Madiran, & Petit Manseng, a local grape variety renowned for the sweet wines it produces.
With a very beautiful bright yellow, this mellow wine offers notes of honey & notes of exotic fruits such as pineapple, passion fruit, mango & papaya on the nose. The attack on the palate, lively & fresh, counterbalances the sugar & the generous structure of the wine. The finish combines citrus fruits & vanilla notes. Delicious!
2016 “I Capitelli”, Anselmi (Veneto, Italy)
“I Capitelli” by Anselmi is a passito ine made from Garganega grapes, harvested when fully ripe & left to dry in well-ventilated rooms before starting the alcoholic fermentation in small oak barrels.
Stunningly rich & complex, packed with notes of dried apricot, saffron, citrus peel & custard & a palate full of apricot, honey & pear flavours with tobacco & cedar notes, it is smooth, subtle & velvety.
2017 Recioto della Valpolicella DOC, Bertani (Veneto, Italy)
Born from grapes dried for 150 long days, from a low temperature fermentation to maintain & enhance all the sweetness of the grapes, & from a skilful aging of 12 months in the bottle. A moreish sweet red wine intense with passion!
Intensely sweet Veneto red, offering a noseful of raspberries, plum & cherry, followed by a mouthful of more berries, spice, vanilla & cacao.
