The nose has delicate notes of citrus fruits, white flowers & soft Mediterranean herbs. The palate is round with a superb freshness & mineral notes on the persistent finish.

Grapes for this sparkling are organically farmed & hand-harvested to create a steely wine full of peach flavours & a crisp, fresh minerality. The wine is made in the Classical method, spending 15 months on its lees before disgorgement.

A characterful, creamy blend of Pinot Noir & Chardonnay from Central Otago, with strawberry hints as well
as complex nutty & yeasty notes.
A delicate pale pink in colour with lifted aromas of redcurrants, strawberries & raspberries on the nose together with notes of toasted brioche. A lovely creamy texture on the palate with a fine-beaded mousse & a vibrant acidity, culminating in a crisp & lingering finish.
NV `Cuvée dei Frati` Brut, Ca’ dei Frat (Lugana, Lombardia, Italy)
(90% Turbiana , 8% Chardonnay, 2% Sauvignon Blanc)
Turbiana, the local name for Trebbiano di Lugana makes up the majority of this blend, complemented by Chardonnay & Sauvignon Blanc which give a lively, aromatic quality. Sweetness is followed by ripe fruit & savoury, earthy components.
This is a golden yellow sparkling wine with a fine & persistent mousse. The fragrant nose shows notes of biscuit, hazelnut, hay & ripe tobacco. A silky creamy fizziness gives way to fresh acidity with notes of biscuit & hazelnut.
