Mostly sourced from the Peyroli vineyard which produces Mas La Chevalière’s top Chardonnay, this punches well above its weight. With 400m altitude, the grapes here are fresh & crisp, standing out from the usual Languedoc style.

Casablanca Chardonnay, Montes Alpha (Casablanca, Chile)
From the Montes flagship Alpha range, this elegant Chardonnay has aromas of vanilla, melon and apricots, with balanced acidity and a long finish. 35% is fermented in French oak and 25% goes through malolactic fermentation giving a creamy edge.
