This wine has become known as a benchmark for Australian Sauvignon Blanc. The style has remained fresh, aromatic, and pure over the past 28 years, with trademark pink grapefruit characters. Recent evolution has been to source from higher and cooler sites.
Pale lemon in colour. On the nose, this wine showcases a vibrant pink grapefruit character along with green apple and floral nuances. It has nice mid-palate weight and texture and a fine acidity. Bright and aromatic, it has become known as a benchmark for Adelaide Hills and Australian Sauvignon Blanc.
2014 Peter Lehmann Masters `Wigan` Riesling (Eden Valley, South Australia)
From the shallow rocky soils of the Eden Valley, the Wigan Riesling has become one of Australia’s most celebrated wines. It has been named IWSC ‘Best Riesling in the World’ six times, and accumulated more than 80 trophies since its inaugural vintage.
The ‘Wigan’ Riesling is delicate in colour with a green tinge, and a soft aroma of lime cordial combined with toasty characters. The palate shows great fruit purity with a fresh, crisp, dry finish. This is one of the classic Wigan Rieslings from an exceptional vintage, one for the ages.

This wine is ruby red in colour with youthful hues. It is intense and complex with layers of ripe plum, dark cherry, sweet spice and mocha on the nose. An intense, generous and full bodied wine with fine tannins and a soft, supple finish.
Yarra Valley Pinot Noir, Innocent Bystander (Victoria, Australia)

This Pinot Noir has beautiful fruit which shines through its velvety mouthfeel and soft, savoury tannins. Only large, old oak barriques are used to age the wine, keeping the fruit character to the fore.
This Pinot Noir has aromas of boysenberries, cherry and cranberry with earthy notes of dried spices. On the palate, this wine has a velvety mouthfeel with soft savoury tannins which make a lovely finish.
`The Hundred Blewitt Springs` Willunga 100 Grenache (McLaren Vale, South Australia)
Sourced from an 80-year-old single vineyard, with ancient sandy soils unique to Blewitt Springs and some of the sub-region’s oldest vines. This trophy-winner is made in an unoaked, juicy style with lees ageing to enhance the floral aromatics.
The wine has red berry and floral aromatics of rose on the nose, with a roundness and richness from the lees ageing that works in harmony with the finer tannins and cherry spice notes on the palate.
