Gewurztraminer Réserve, Cave de Hunawihr (Haut-Rhin, Alsace, France)
The Gewurtztraminer is picked at optimum ripeness, giving the final wine layered flavours of rose petals, lychee, mango. The wine is full-bodied yet refreshing with crisp acidity, & a rose-petal perfume on the finish.
This wine is pale, straw yellow colour with an elegant silver tint. The nose is complex with delicate aromas of lychee, mango & rose. Full-bodied, this off-dry wine has a refreshing acidity with hints of rose lingering on the finish.
2018 Saint-Véran Tirage Précoce, Domaine Corsin (Mâconnais, Burgundy, France)
The ‘Tirage Précoce Saint-Véran’, which means ‘early racking’, is unique to the Domaine. It is an unoaked chardonnay matured on its fine lees until it is ready for bottling.
This vintage has a delicate bouquet of ripe stone fruit & pear aromas with a touch of stony minerality. The palate is full & complex with a balance between the fresh acidity, fruity flavours & the lasting minerality.
2019 Sancerre, Domaine Sautereau (Sancerre, Loire, France)

This is an elegant wine with floral notes complemented by citrus & stone fruit aromas of grapefruit, lemon & peach, which follow through on to the rounded palate. Medium-bodied with bright acidity, there is a small hint of liquorice & minerality on the long finish, which adds to its charm.
2018 Organic Côtes-du-Rhône , Famille Perrin ‘Nature’ (Côtes-du-Rhône, France)
(60% Grenache/Garnacha , 40% Syrah/Shiraz)
The nose has lovely notes of red & black fruits coupled with spicy, peppery notes. The tannins are ripe & plush, giving the wine excellent structure. Notes of blackcurrant & white pepper linger on the finish.
2019 Morgon `Les Charmes`, Jean-Marc Burgaud (Morgon, Beaujolais, France)
From the west of Morgon, the 60 year-old vines for the Morgon Les Charmes are grown on granitic soils which produce a poised & expressive example of this appellation. The wine boasts an expressive dark fruit character, with lifted acidity & a finely-grained tannic structure, which concludes with an intense, long finish.
2015 Château Mouras Graves (Graves, Bordeaux, France)
(50% Merlot , 25% Petit Verdot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon)
This wine has lovely berry fruit on the nose & a supple texture on the palate with the attractive mineral character that defines the appellation of Graves. Dark fruit & spice dominate the mid-palate providing excellent depth that is supported by firm but ripe tannins.
