Yellow- fleshed peaches, rock melon and blackcurrant alongside lemon icing, chamomile and hints of rose petal – this is a delicately perfumed and deliciously ripe-fruited interpretation of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. The palate is both subtle and textural, showing considerable ripeness and concentration, with a crisp and long, juicy finish.
Gimblett Gravels Chardonnay, Trinity Hill (Hawkes Bay, New Zealand)
This critically-acclaimed Chardonnay from the renowned Gimblett Gravels sub-region of Hawkes Bay is hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in 500 litre oak puncheons (40% new) to add complexity and texture.
The wine has flavours of citrus, white flowers and ripe grapefruit. The style is mid-weight with elegant oak providing texture and lingering flavours of cashew, roasted almond and gun flint. The structure has a tight shape with the finesse and concentration that are hallmarks of Trinity Hill Chardonnay. It displays delicacy but richness and the beautifully linear acidity makes it a fantastic match with food.
Hawkes Bay Syrah (Trinity Hill, New Zealand)
Grapes are sourced from vineyards In Hawkes Bay and Gimblett Gravels, where conditions are ideal for the production of premium Syrah.
This Syrah has aromas of blackberry, spice and liquorice which combine to produce a complex, fruit-dominant wine. A small inclusion of the white variety Viognier gives the wine beautiful perfume and allows for more accessibility while young. The wine is deliberately released at a very youthful age to maximise the beautiful perfume and fruit freshness.
Tinpot Hut, Pinot Noir (Marlborough, New Zealand)

This Pinot Noir is ruby red in colour with a purple hue. It has intense aromas of black cherry, blackberry and plum mingle with a hint of redcurrant. Savoury mushroom and toasty oak characters complete the attractive nose. On the palate, it has classic black cherry notes that dominate and are supported by hints of bramble, reflecting the aromatics. Structurally, the tannins are soft and silky, and well-balanced acidity ensures good length and weight.
`RUA` Central Otago Pinot Noir, Akarua (Central Otago, New Zealand)

A typically Central Otago Pinot Noir, with a core of fresh, juicy red berry fruit and uninhibited by heavy oak influence, made in an early-drinking style. Multi-award-winning, it has subtle savoury characters, soft supple tannins and a touch of spice.
This Pinot Noir has a bright cherry-red colour in the glass and lifted cherry aromas with floral violet notes. On the palate, this well-defined Central Otago Pinot Noir exhibits juicy red fruits and a touch of spice. Supple tannins complement savoury highlights, with a long finish.
